You will then arrive at the shopping basket page where you can review your purchase and subtotal. Click "Continue Shopping" to return to the catalogue. Click "Proceed" to fill out the quick order form and submit your order. Click "Cancel" to empty your shopping basket and cancel your order.

Exchange rate information fluctuates considerably and that the value calculated may not match the actual exchange value at the time your purchase is processed. All amounts are in Canadian dollars.

We guarantee all of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied please return our stock products along with the receipt for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase. Our products are made in Canada, and our quality is exceptional. Our prices reflect the high standard of manufacturing in Canada rather than choosing lower quality products for cheaper prices.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We will do our very best to create the perfect fit for our custom orders. We cannot assume full responsibility for measurement errors, but we will do our best to be sure that you are happy. Custom orders are dependent on the customer's ability to measure the dog properly, and our ability to interpret this upon custom pattern making. Each custom order is unique and questions regarding custom orders will be entertained individually.
SHIPPING CHARGES
All shipment within Canada and to US are sent via Xpresspost or Expedited unless requested otherwise. Average shipping time takes approximately 7-14 days. Deliveries of international orders take 4 - 6 weeks. Shipments will be made from Canada. Customers outside Canada are advised that they are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred by their own countries. The shopping cart will display shipping costs as well as options for expediated delivery. Custom Designs take an additional 4-6 weeks.
